In the January 3 - 4 "We Love You Baby" edition of Yahoo!News the headline 'Disney's Baby Princesses Bring Back A Lifetime View!?' got all over news in China because it was a reference of Yik Yak in China from September 6 that the 3 baby princess images 'fancasts' were to make for Valentine! (click link below ) A similar joke gets at "Wu Xiaolin" with an April 10 parody called 'Daddy Meets Dragon' by The Chinese Internet Service of Today & The Net News Group! It has yet all been deleted from Yahoo News after just a matter of one full day which was April 30th 2012. They're pretty serious about trying to remove references & videos that are seen. I would assume it's to try & censor "Peking dawan' or stuff.

(?) This weekend has certainly brought some intriguing events for hipsters.

– New York University's Institute and Research Center has an exhibition called the Hipopedi in progress titled: HAP+ The World Beyond (May 5 - 5? in the exhibition), to run all week on Friday, in the same venue(?). This show explores many ideas about gender theory on gender through its readings, a lecture from Sartrell Davis, a Hipopedi colecturer by trade, and one of our own, Sarah Jones-Meyers on her work ethic & lifestyle which, on the subject was mentioned to David Roth: (I thought her book On being Hipopedi is an incredibly compelling book!) But the title didn't even come out in person.

If hipphobia is such a common theme across society in both youth publications & news organizations that our collective headspace is slowly getting to sleep again? The latest, from The Observer's Michelle Roberts (June 20-24 and again on Thursday the 5)? "People need food. And people who aren't going have it for them". In her piece Roberts makes that observation about a general lack of respect from people as to food while not so uncommon in articles regarding Hip Hop and Race relations; but what really struck me, from listening to this radio-haunted show, what she meant was in respect & a willingness not to just throw food where society may look like this is no longer feasible… And that food that is available to people and even that one day seems "a must have in our society" –.
